Description
Driver and Passenger side middle tub/body mount repair kit is a replacement for Jeep Wrangler years 1997-2006. This kit will fix the areas in front of rear wheel and in between the running boards where rot typically occurs. Kit includes (2) pieces as shown. Constructed of 16 gauge hot rolled high carbon steel, with a 10 gauge reinforcement plate. All cuts and bends are performed using CNC equipment to ensure accuracy and precision. Stamped on a 250 ton press with OEM matched dies.

Bought one of these for the passenger middle body mount on a 2003 Wrangler TJ restoration to save me some time. It looked ok at first but after cutting out the rusted section so it would seat properly found that it was over 1/8" to wide. Also found the cup was over 1/4" to shallow so when the body was resting on the middle mount the rear mount was over 1/4" from seating properly, not good. I do some metal fabrication so I'm in the middle of cutting it in pieces and making it fit properly. If I'd known it was going to need this much work to make it right I would have just fabricated one myself.
